5-BED CUSTOM BUILT VILLAS FOR SALE IN OVACIK (OFF-PLAN)

This modern 5-bed villa is of a modern 4-floor design. It took less than a year to complete – keeping in mind that local laws only allow heavy construction from November to April each year in Ovacik and some other locations in Fethiye, due to tourism. The Exterior

This villa sits on a generous 870m2 private walled and gated plot and has a 280m2 interior. It has an immaculately landscaped garden with a large feature pool, kid’s pool and outdoor jacuzzi. There’s extensive sunbathing and entertainment spaces, dining terraces with a BBQ and a carport.

The Ground Floor

The villa was designed to maximise light and space, with clever use of oversized glass windows and doors. The ground floor is intended as the entertainment level, with a large open gallery with a feature chandelier, adding a modern feel and character to the property. A vast picture window brings the outdoors inside, allowing panoramic views over the Ovacik mountains and valley.

The kitchen is ultra-modern, with space for integrated white goods. You choose the kitchen cabinetry, worksurfaces (marble or granite) and splashbacks at the design stage; alternatively, our design team can assist. A peninsular or kitchen island with seating is a great option and again something we can include if space allows.

In most modern designs, the lounge and dining space is open-plan to the kitchen (again optional). We always ensure that there is plenty of room for multiple seating arrangements to suit your needs.

This villa has an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor for use by those that struggle with stairs, but this could also be an office, second TV room or recreational space if wished.

The Lower Ground Floor.

We included a heated indoor pool, sauna, gym, and relaxation space on the lower level of this property. This is a popular option as it’s ideal if you intend to use the villa year-round. In other custom builds, we have included cinema rooms, Turkish baths, offices and spas – the decision is yours.

First Floor

There are two large king-sized rooms on the first floor, both en-suite with balconies offering fabulous views over the pool, grounds and Ovacik valley. Other designs have included walk-in wardrobes, all possible to include at the design stage.

Top Floor
