Seydikemer is a fairly traditional town less than a 45-minute drive along the Antalya road from Fethiye. The town has grown a lot over recent years, and it now has lots of shops, local restaurants, and a mixed foreign and Turkish community.  This property is located in Gerishburnu village, a short drive from the town centre.

The property lies on a private 405m2 plot and has a 120m2 interior. It comes partly furnished, with most furnishing, fixtures, and fittings. It has its own septic tank and mains water and electricity.
