THE PROPERTY

This custom-built villa in Ovacik sits on a 1000m2 plot in a quiet residential area offering distant sea views. It is of a contemporary four-story design with a spacious 400m2 interior – each floor around 100m2.

Entrance Floor:

You enter the property at ground level into a light and airy open-plan living space with defined spaces for seating, dining and the kitchen. There is also a large en-suite double bedroom on this floor, ideal for those that may struggle with stairs (this could also be used as an office or second lounge/ rec-room if wished).

The lounge and dining areas are open concept with lots of room for multiple arrangements. A ground floor open atrium with a feature chandelier grabs attention and gives a beautiful feeling of space.
